Memory is trainable.

Six short games a day for your memory, attention, and speed, sitting right beside whatever movement your day allows. A sharper mind and a moving body build each other — and you don't have to be an athlete to feel it.

A sample day. Your workout is built from your own results.

The daily workout

One short workout. Three skills.

Each day the app builds you a workout of three or four games across all three skills. The games adapt as you play: get sharper and they push a little; have an off day and they ease up. You should be getting about four of every five right — challenged, never punished. That's the training zone, and the app holds you in it.

Memory

Holding a pattern, a name, a list — and bringing it back when you need it. Four of the six games train it from different angles.

Attention

Keeping two things in view at once without losing either. The skill behind following a conversation in a loud room.

Speed

How quickly you take information in and act on it. The mechanic behind the strongest results in cognitive-training research.

Six games at launch

Short, sharp, and built on studied mechanics.

Where we're different

The other half of brain training is training.

Research on cognition keeps landing in the same place: people who pair regular movement with mental training tend to do better than people who do either alone. Mind and body, pulling in the same direction.

Here's the part that matters most: you do not have to be fit to start. We come from endurance sport, but a walk around the block counts. So does a slow first mile, a swim, ten easy minutes on a hard day. Wherever your body is right now is the right place to begin — and it sits right next to your brain training, both halves counted.

Nobody else in this category counts your body as part of the work. We build around it.

Our claims policy

What we promise. What we don't.

This industry has a credibility problem, and it earned it. So here's our line: MEM Health trains the skills you practice — memory, attention, processing speed — with exercises based on techniques studied in cognitive research. You'll see your own numbers move, measured against yourself. No percentiles. No “brain age.”

What we will never tell you is that our games prevent dementia or any other condition. Nobody can promise that, and we'd rather earn your trust than borrow it. Here's our honest tour of the evidence.

Built for real eyes and hands

Generous type you can size to taste, big targets, high contrast. Legibility is a feature here, not an afterthought.

No gotcha timers

Speed pressure lives only in games explicitly about speed. Everywhere else, take the time you need.

A demo before every game

Every game starts with plain instructions and a practice round that doesn't count. You'll never be dropped in cold.

The library

Plain answers about your brain — and what actually helps.

Ten minutes. Today.

The habit matters more than any single session. Ten minutes of training, whatever movement your day allows, most days of the week — that's the whole ask, and it's built around you from the first round.
